M J Mor Builder, Inc., established in 1991, is a full service building contractor licensed in the state of California, and we carry all applicable liability and workers’ compensation insurance.  We provide construction services from concept to close-out to the commercial and residential sectors from     additions, renovations, tenant improvements, to new ground-up construction.

As an alternative to general contracting MJMB Consulting was founded with a mission to provide objective owner representation, construction administration and management.

MJMB Consulting advocates, on behalf of the owner, lean building practices where projects are structured and managed as a value generating process. We employ a proactive approach to eliminating the waste and bloat while maximizing efficiency in design and production.

MJMB Consulting operates in the interest of the owner.  Our fees and duration of service are fixed, and therefore we have no incentive in extending the schedule or to increase the project cost by generating change orders.  In fact we make every effort to minimize change orders.

M J Mor Builder’s conservative and pragmatic business strategy for growth continues to expand on it’s scope of projects in target markets, all the while, dedicated to creating value by delivering and maintaining, efficiency, quality of work, strict work ethics, and consistently providing extraordinary customer service.

In pursuit to offer our clients value and overcoming the challenges in a changing economic environment M J Mor Builder continues to diversify and broaden its horizons, in an effort to accomplish the task of meeting specific client needs .  Our latest market venture involves the development of ThinkLeanBuilding™ an unconventional and uniquely comprehensive construction project management methodology, providing an innovative and targeted approach of managing a project from concept to close-out, effectively providing a balanced “Value Equation” (cost to quality).
